Course Description


Get certified with our ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification In-Person Class—a comprehensive 8-hour live training & Proctored Exam that equips you with the knowledge and confidence to ensure food safety at the highest standards. This hands-on class is led by expert instructors who combine dynamic teaching methods to keep you engaged throughout the day.

In addition to the live instruction, we use interactive activities, PowerPoint presentations, and real-world examples to make learning both fun and effective. Before attending the in-person class, you’ll receive access to our Kickoff Academy in Google Classroom—an online preparatory resource that includes practice quizzes, study guides, and prep videos to help you get ready for the course. During the class, you’ll cover all the essential topics you need to pass the ServSafe® Certification Exam, including food contamination prevention, food flow management, personal hygiene, and running a safe kitchen. After completing the course, you’ll be ready to take the in-person exam on the same day or schedule it for a later time.

Once certified, you’ll earn a credential that’s valid for five years and meets most state and local requirements for the Person in Charge (PIC).
