You’ll work through 10 interactive modules on core food safety concepts, then complete your online, proctored exam to earn your nationally recognized 5-year certification.

Retesting Policy

Two exam attempts are allowed within a 30-day period.

Three or more attempts require a 60-day wait.

Maximum of four attempts in a 12-month period.

A new exam code must be purchased for each additional attempt.

If you miss your ProctorU appointment or reschedule within 24 hours, a fee will apply before rescheduling.
