Looking for a fun, engaging, and effective way to certify your team in food safety? Our Corporate Food Protection Manager Course utilizes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager curriculum, but we go beyond just following a textbook. We customize the training to meet the specific learning needs of your organization. This 8-hour, on-site course is available for groups of 5 to 30 employees and is conveniently delivered at your facility anywhere in Pennsylvania. After the class, your team will complete the ServSafe® certification exam on-site (either digitally or on paper). Successful participants will receive their ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, valid for five years. Certificates are available online, and hard copies are mailed to your facility for easy record-keeping.

No, we do not offer public classes. We exclusively provide classroom-based training to companies and private organizations. However, we offer an online course with a proctored exam to the public through our partnership with Always Food Safe. Learn more here.

We work closely with the Mennonite and Amish communities, providing specialized classes that cater to their unique needs and preferences. Our training is designed to be accessible and relevant, ensuring that everyone can benefit from the essential food safety education we offer.
We offer tiered pricing starting at $155.00 per learner for classes with 10 to 30 participants. For smaller classes (5 to 9 learners), the cost is $175 per person. Please note, the class fee does not include the ServSafe Manager book, which is optional. If you need books, we can provide them at an additional cost.
If a learner does not pass the exam, they are allowed to retest. Each retest requires the purchase of a new exam and proctor service, with pricing for retests starting at $100 per person. Learners can attempt the exam up to twice within a 30-day period. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, a 60-day waiting period is required before retaking the exam. A maximum of four attempts is permitted within a 12-month period.
A passing score for the exam is 70% or higher, which requires answering at least 56 out of 80 scored questions correctly. The exam consists of 90 questions in total, including 10 pilot questions used solely for research purposes and not scored.
Participants who take the online exam will receive their results before leaving the class and will have immediate access to their certificate online. Those taking the paper exam will receive their results within 2 to 4 weeks. In both cases, paper certificates will be mailed once scores are available, and digital certificates will be accessible through our portal.
In all 67 Pennsylvania counties, the certification is valid for 5 years. Please note, certificate validity may vary by state and jurisdiction.
