Operators of food establishments located in any of the 15 Self-Inspecting Cities or Towns—Bedford, Berlin, Claremont, Concord, Derry, Dover, Exeter, Keene, Manchester, Merrimack, Nashua, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Rochester, and Salem—should consult with their local authority regarding Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) requirements.

The need for more than one CFPM depends on factors such as the size and type of the food service operation and the hours of operation.
