Servers, sellers, bartenders, managers, and owners working in PA liquor-licensed establishments. Many employers require certification as part of the Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP).
If you are currently employed in a Pennsylvania liquor-licensed establishment, you must provide the License Identification Number (LID) during registration so your employer receives credit for your training.
The final exam includes 30 multiple-choice questions. One attempt is included, and a score of 80% is required to pass. Certificates are valid for 24 months (2 years).
You’ll have 90 days from enrollment to complete the training. Progress is tracked automatically so you can pause and resume anytime. This course works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with full narration and progress tracking.
