This training provides essential knowledge to comply with Arizona Title 4 laws. Topics include liability, alcohol’s effects on the body, proper ID verification, and how to handle difficult situations.
Title 4 training is required for owners, managers, licensees, and employees involved in alcohol service and sales. Both Basic and Management Certificates may be required depending on your role.

At the end of the training, students complete a 40-question multiple-choice exam. A passing score of 75% is required, with 2 attempts included. Certificates are valid for 36 months (3 years).
The certificate is issued instantly upon passing and can be downloaded as a PDF. A printable wallet card is also included.
